the stage is set. the lights are on. no turning back. from the shell. it's time.
Wednesday, March 28, 2007Like all leaves, one day they will detached themselves from the branches to seek their own destiny. Usually they will just settle around the mother tree, however if lucky, wind might come along to bring the leaf to a much faraway place to see the world. The downside of it, is that it might never have the chance to be near the mother tree. It all comes with a price, isn't it. Now, if a zephyr comes along, would you fall?
Sunday, March 25, 2007Young Photographer of the Year A night shot of Labrador Park is taken on the 11/03/07. I always love going to this park especially at night because of the tranquility it can offer like no other beach shores Singapore can offer. When I brought my scouts to Pulau Ubin for some outdoor activities on the 23/03/07, one of their games is to shove their “flag” as deep as possible into the sand. I especially love the excitement and enthusiasm they shown in trying to fulfill their task to their best of their abilities. .. ACTION.. Part of the perks of being a scout leader is being able to relive my childhood through my scouts. Seeing them doing some colouring for some outdoor event at Pulau Ubin on the 23/03/07 brings back reminiscence of the good old days of me as a scout. ..Here's my last shot before i start shooting the countless mountains... Saturday, March 24, 2007To leave in silence spares the tears being a lake. If you never love, you never cry, So what's the reason to even try. A new lease of life silently awaits The allure of power and prestige become the baits. A young parentage resemble a dream, Looks like I will never be in the team. I wonder what the future holds, But the heart I possess must be cold...
Tuesday, March 20, 2007They are the reason why every sunday we wake up religiously to the irritating noise of our alarm clock, don our scout uniform, head to school, wanting to make a difference in their life. However when one of us fall, others' faith falter as well. I'm enraged by your attitude towards the group. Scouting did indeed took up alot of our time but imagine what would the boys be doing if we don't provide a second home for them. The troop raise you up like your parents, and yet now you've turned your back on them. You shouldn't have worn that tie. You don't deserve to wear that tie. Half a century of history is not going down so easily. Not on my turf, not on my reign. Yeung Ching can survive. Yeung Ching will survive! Silent tears of wonder, sadness and fear Fill my book of memories i hold so dear Picture perfect days a thing of the past why can't we make love everlast. We stand by each other when the going gets tough Hold each other up when one's had enough But we've all gone beyond that moment in time Leaving all our memories behind. We leading separate lives We're no more those little boys we used to be but we're still part of one big family Bonds will never break You are still my brother In my arms, you'll still have a home (*repeat) In Yeung Ching, you'll still have a home... Will take this as a stepping stone to greater heights.. =) |
